First of all there is a six in the unit place of 1296
And you only find that the square of 6 is 36 and no square has 6 in the unit's place. so we get the conclusion that if the unit place of square is 6 then the square root is also of unit place 6.
Now we get the unit place of square root 36 and we have to find 10th place of the square root.
There is 12 at first two places of square.
So we have to find the factors of the number 12's factors that they are Consecutive so there are only two factors of 12 that are consecutive that is 4 and 3 so amongst them we have to take smallest factor at 10th place square root
