At first no. of rows of peas planted by Stacy= 5 3/8 i.e. 43/8

No. of rows she decided to plant more =

2 5/6 i.e. 17/6

Total no. of rows planted by Stacy = no. of rows of peas planted by Stacy + No. of rows she decided to plant more

Total no. of rows planted by Stacy

=> 43/8 + 17/6

=> 129 + 68/24 (by taking LCM)

=> 197/24

=> 8 2/24 (by mixed fraction)

Therefore, Stacy planted 8 2/24 rows of peas.
