There are two basic ways that display a subject’s action with reference to a particular object.

These two ways happen to be active and passive voice. In active voice, the subject acts directly in relation to the subject while in passive the object has the subject act upon it.

So the passive for “Stanley will inform you later” will be “you will be informed later by stanley”
