Answer: d) _Savings

Explanation:

Whenever you buy electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, or geysers, you may have noticed star rating stickers on electrical appliances. These are called BEE star labels and indicate how much electricity you consume per year. Each machine gets between one and five stars, five stars which means you are very efficient and may keep your electricity bills up.

These star labels are issued by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), an Indian government agency under the Ministry of Energy. BEE star labels have become an important item for people who want to buy electronic items in India but there is more to these labels than just star ratings. To help you understand what star labels really mean, we spoke to Abhishek Jain, an IIT-Bombay graduate of Bijli Bachao, a website dedicated to helping people buy the most economical electronics.

Energy labels can be used independently or in compliance with energy standards. In addition to providing information that allows caring consumers to choose the most efficient models, the labels also provide a standard energy saving feature that can work in conjunction with other policy measures such as purchase plans, financial incentives etc.  The performance of energy labels is highly dependent. how they present information to the consumer and how the information is supported by the consumer and how the information is supported by the consumer and how the information campaigns, financial incentives, and other related programs are supported.

S&L India operates a model where the author provides information related to the product's energy efficiency as prescribed in the relevant product regulation, official order and / or schedule issued by the Office from time to time.  A star rating, ranging from 1 to 5 according to the rising energy efficiency program is provided for products registered with the Bureau. Authorization label is also provided with other products.

In the labeling process, the Bureau works through professional technical and stakeholder technical committees, including representatives from industry, industry organization, consumer organizations, academics, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), research and development institutions (R&D), experimental laboratories, government agencies. and governing bodies etc.
