acceleration=12/20 =0.6 m/s^2

change in velocity=8-12 =-4 m/s
time taken= 5
acceleration=-4/5 =-0.8 m/s^2

First its acceleration is 0.6 metre per second and in second case its acceleration is 0.8 M per second
