Answer:

ACCORDING TO DALTON'S LAW OF PARTIAL PRESSURE

the total pressure of a container with constant volume is the summation of PARTIAL PRESSURE  OF DIFFERENT COMPONENTS/GASES PRESENT IN THAT CONTAINER .

PTOTAL = Pa + Pb +Pc

where :- Pa is partial pressure of component a .

Pb is partial pressure of component b.

Pb is partial pressure of component b.Pc is partial pressure of component c.

if a,b,c are the different component present in a container of CONSTANT pressure.

partial PRESSURE of component A :-

= mole fraction × total PRESSURE.
