The direction of induced current in a straight conductor is given by Fleming’s right hand rule. It
states that spread the thumb, forefinger and the middle finger of your right hand at right angle to
one another in such a way that the forefinger points in the direction of magnetic field, thumb gives
the direction of motion, then the direction in which the middle finger points, gives the direction of
induced current.

Here is your answer :-
Fleming's right hand rule states that
when the thumb, middle finger,
and forefinger is kept in a way that they are perpendicular to each other then the middle finger will show the direction induced current, forefinger will give the direction of magnetic field and direction of deflection/motion will be shown by thumb.
Hope it helps
