Other two goals other than income in a development re: 1. Security:  Suppose you have got a job where you get salary of Rs 3 lakh but you have to live in an area where their is lots of garbage and health issues because of mosquitos etc.   2. Respect:  Suppose u got a job in the very big company and ur salary is also found 4 lakhs per month but their no one repects u and talks in such a way as if they re talking to a guard or pain.  Would u prefer to take job in such place. Of course not.       Hope it helps!!
