Working of an Electric Bell based on the following points
Explanation:
- An electric bell contains an electromagnet ( iron core).
- It also consists of a coil of insulated wire that is wound around iron core.
- When an electric current pass through the coils, the iron core becomes magnetic and attract a piece of iron attached to a hammer.
- The hammer attached hits the bell and makes it ring.
- The circuit is completed and again flows the electric current within the coil, and the hammer strikes the bell again. This process repeated itself and ringing a sound.
