I assume that the Shiva in question is "Lord Shiva". So, here are a few qualities of Lord Shiva that are inspirational.

1. An Ideal Husband - He treated his wife Parvati with the utmost respect, love and equality.

2. Contrasting personalities - He had balanced contrasting characteristics of acceptance and repulsion, creation and dissolution, serene and anger, satvik and tamsik temperaments etc.

3. Impartiality - He was impartial to everyone. Be it a demon or a deity, a devotee was a devotee for him and he offered them their wishes.

4. Intolerant to justice - He was known for destroying the evil things. He had no tolerance towards wrong doings and stood firm against injustice.

The question referred to the “Lord Shiva”. He had great and many qualities which are as fellows .

He was the great dancer  which is why he is also known as the Lord of dance  and nataraja .

He was also the good husband because of the way he behaved as the husband and give respect to his wife.

He was also the one who stood for justice and never tolerate the injustice behavior .of other.

He was also the impartial for everyone.He was not live like a king and even don’t wear the things like gold etc
