State any rule which relates the direction of electric current and the direction of accompanying magnetic fied.

Right hand thumb rule is the answer. When we stretch the thumb and rest of our fingers are closed of the right hand then the thumb indicates the direction of the current and the rest of the fingers indicate the direction of the magnetic field.
