❤️Pepsin is an enzyme which acts only in acidic medium ,trypsine is an enzyme which acts in alkaline medium.
❤️pepsin is secreted by gastric juice, trypsin secreted by pancreatic juice. Pepsin is secreted in stomach, trypsin is secreted in small intestine.
