hey.......

ur here.....

1.photosynthesis is a anabolic process and respiration is a catabolic process...

2.energy is released in respiration and energy is produced in photosynthesis.

3.in respiration chemical energy is converts into bio chemical energy..

4. in respiration oxygen is taken and it is released in photosynthesis..

5. co2 is taken in photosynthesis and release in respiration..

6. photosynthesis occurs only in sunlight but respiration occurs in both day as well as light..

7. chlorophyll is necessary for photosynthesis but it is not necessary in respiration...

8.. photosynthesis occurs only in plant but respiration occurs in both plant and animal..

9. excess food is stored as starch but excess food is stored as glycogen..

10. gain of energy in photosynthesis but there is loss of energy in respiration..

11. respiration occurs in all cells. but photosynthesis occurs only in leaves (stomata)...

hope it helps......

hello friend...

Photosynthesis is the process of formation of food from inorganic raw materials like water, carbon dioxide, minerals and also sunlight. it gives nutrients while respiration is the process of breakdown of fromed nutrients i.e; Glucose to release energy (ATP). now organisms utilises these energy to perform various vital activities.

hope this answer will help you.
best of luck.
