Heya Friends.......

Newton's First Law of Motion is almost the same as Galileo's Law of Inertia. Newton's First Law of Motion states that: “Every object continues to be in its state of rest or of uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled by some external force to act otherwise.” When a body is at rest, it has no acceleration is also Galileo Law of motion....

the tendency of an undisturbed object to stay at rest or to keep moving with a same uniform velocity is inertia and object remains at rest or in a uniform motion until and unless compelled to change its state the situation is called first law of motion or inertia.
