Health is said to be the biggest wealth. If the rupee-money goes out of hand then it can be recovered. But once health is deteriorated, it is very difficult to bring it into an old condition. That is why sensible people do their best to protect their health.

Good health is the basis of all the pleasures of life. Goods can be bought from money but their consumption depends on good health. If a rich person is unhealthy, then his wealth has no value. If poor is healthy, then no matter what the worry is because he has health money. Whatever he has, he can make proper use of it. There is a kind of beauty in good health. There is enthusiasm and excitement in the mind with good health. He does his job freely. He does not panic at the difficulties, but he is always excited. She gets eaten and drunk in the body, she does not experience weakness and fatigue. On the other hand, a person with a disrupted health is sad and distraught all the time.

Therefore, each person has the duty to adopt a healthful lifestyle and keep his body healthy and mindful.
