Explanation:

HOOK 'S LAW : State that the extension produce in wire is directly proportional to the load applied.

Elastic limit : The maximum stress within which the body regain its original size and shape after removing of deforming force is called elastic limit.

Modulus of Elasticity : The modulus of elasticity or coefficient of elasticity of body is define as the ratio of stress to the corresponding strain within the elastic limit.

E = Stress / Strain.

SI unit of its N / m^2.

And Dimension is [ M L^-1 T ^-2 ]

Thank you

Hey brainly user !

Here is your answer

\color{blue}\huge\bold\star\underline\mathcal{Hooke's\:law\:of\:elasticity}\star

Within the elastic limit, stress is directly proportional to strain

∴Stress ⋉ Strain

⇛Stress =E(strain)

Here E is called as modulus of elasticity
