firstly diaphragm expand we inhale AIR from our nostrils and there is valve up to the larynx and it will open and there are two passages bronchi and each bronchi divides into bronchiles and there the exchange of oxygen take deoxygenated blood converts into oxinated blood

breating can be defined as inhallation and exhallation .
in human body when the diaphram contract towarda stomach the inter coastal muscle and rib bone moves outward and upward which increases the area of lungs and the pressure decreases inside so air moves outward .
and when diaphram relaxes the intercoastal muscle and rib moves inward and downward which increases inside pressure and air moves outward.

this is how breathing is brought about in our body.
