problem of hydrogen has been solved in the modern periodic table by replacing the atomic mass number by atomic number atomic number of hydrogen and its isotope 1 hence no other place is needed to fit it's isotopes

Hydrogen has the properties of both alkali metals and non-metals.So it can be placed both in group 1 and 17.The problem had been solved by placing hydrogen in the top most left. The isotops of each element have also been placed without disturbing the existing order.Hence the problem of placing hydrogen and isotops of an element has been solved.
