state how would you join three resistors, each of resistance 9 ohm so that the equivalent resistance of the combination is (i) 13.5ohm (ii) 6 ohm ?

first you connect two in series and one in parallel and you find that 6ohm in answer

(i) first two resistor should be set in parallel and then the third resistor should be in series.....
(ii) all the resistor should be set in parallel..... (And it will be 3 ohm.... I think so..... Not 6 ohm)
