This law was given by joule. According to this, When current is pass through any electric device than heat is produced so, current is directly proportional to heat, resistance of a conductor and time of flow of current.

Given

Q= 1 C

V = 6 V

V = W/Q

W = Q × V

work done = 1 C × 6 V

= 6 J

Energy = Work done

Energy = 6 J
