The laws of reflection of sound is same as the law of reflection of light.
As the light have their laws the same is applicable for sound.
So,
The laws of reflection of the sound are as follows :-
1) The angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection.
Hence, we can apply all the corollary obtained from it in case of light.
APPLICATIONS
Auditoriums have a curved ceiling and hard materials (wood) which increases the reflection of sound and reverberation.
Stethoscope also works on the principle of the reflection of sound.
Megaphones and some musical instruments like trumpet and saxophone use the property of reflection of sound to produce different pitched sound.
