Newton first law of motion :
a body in rest or in uniform motion tends to be in rest or in uniform motion unless and until a external force is applied
Newton Second law of motion :
the rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to the applied unbalanced force and the change takes place in the direction of the force...so they may be related to each other...bye dude
