Newton's third law of motion states that "For every action, there is equal and opposite reaction"

One example -- When you sit on a chair you apply force on it, and the chair exerts equal and opposite force on you.

Second example -- When you walk you push the ground and the ground gives you equal and opposite reaction which helps us to walk forward.
