carbonate- Co3power-2 we have mainly 4 atom, 1 atom of carbon(C) and 3 atom of Oxygen (O)

phospate- 3 atoms because H2S molecules has two atons of hydrogens and one atom of sulphur.

phosphorus pentoxide- P4O10 phosphorous has 4 atom and oxygen has 10 atom

Carbon- carbon has 1 atom.
