Humans accomplish their reproduction with the sexual reproduction method.

In this sexual reproduction, two different gametes take part. The male gamet is known as the sperm and the female gamet is known as the egg.

There are many differences between a sperm and an egg.

1)The chromosomes present in a sperm is XY and the chromosomes present in a egg is XX.

2)The sperm is a movable gamet but an egg is a stationary gamet.

3)The sperm is much smaller than the egg.
