(a) Some elements passed have fractional atomic mass .This is so because few of the elements have many isotopes and the atomic mass is equal to the average of all the atomic masses of the isotopes present .
(b)In case of isotopes , atoms have same number if electrons but different atomic number .As we know , electrons are responsible for the chemical changes in atoms and hence , isotopes have different chemical properties.
(c)Noble gases are also known as inertia gases because they are unreactive with all elements.
They have a stable configuration (octet) and hence Don't react .
