1)=Metals conduct electricity because the electrons inside the metal are relatively free to move. So when electricity is pass through metals, electrons carry electricity and spread it all over the metal. The mobility of electrons is the reason why metals conduct electricity.

2)=most of the non metals are electronegetive in nature, so they tend to gain electrons in the chemical reactions. therefor they are less reactive than hydrogen. so they are not able to displace hydrogen form dilute acids.

3)= Al combines with O to form a layer of aluminium oxide on the utensil which further prevents the Al from corrosion thus protecting it

Explanation:

1. aluminium easily combines with oxygen but still it can be used for making kitchen utensils.

2. sodium , pottassium & calcium metals form hydrates by combination with hydrogen gas but most other metals donot.

3. dry fruit plastic bags sold in the market are filled with nitrogen gas instead of air.
