Advantage of Visual Basic Programming Language :-

• Visual development of Graphical User Interface (GUI) which are easy to use and easy to learn.

• A programmer need not write códe to display the required component.

• The component can be moved, resized and even deleted, if required.
• There is no restrictions on the number of controls that can be placed on a form.
• The programmer can create the user interface usually, he or she can align, move or size the component as required without having to report to writing códe.

Disadvantage of Visual Basic Programming Language :-

• Visual Basic does not support exception handling.
• Visual Basic is completely graphical in nature so it requires more memory to store the package.
• Visual Basic is not Object Oriented.
