Answer:

Grounding is the process of removing the excess charge on an object by means of the transfer of electrons between it and another object of substantial size. When a charged object is grounded, the excess charge is balanced by the transfer of electrons between the charged object and a ground.Things that are negatively charged and things that are positively charged pull on (attract) each other. This makes electrons and protons stick together to form atoms. Things that have the same charge push each other away (they repel each other). This is called the Law of Charges.

there is a many way to charge a body .

while charging a body the transfer of electron takes place from one body to another body it is caused by rubbing.

it is also done by earthing in which our body is connected by a wire which is earth whose potential is zero.
