Undoubtedly, Delhi is a UNION TERRITORY and all of its powers lie in the Central government.
But it is been said that there is a process going on to give Delhi a status of STATE
Let's look forward whether Delhi is gonna remain as a Union territory or it is gonna be a State...
And Delhi is said to be as NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI..
