The main reason of the civil war was as following.

At that time Bolsheviks had many enemies like the supporters of Tsar and provisional government . Revolutionaries etc they all hated them because of their steps that they taken.
And hence all this groups gathered and cooperate each other to destroy Bolsheviks ruling.

Secondly, Czech war prisoners not only attacked Moscow but also took hold of Siberian railway .
