2.soda-acid fire extinguisher- it is a mixture of baking soda and acid which is commonly sulphuric acid. it is used as pressurized expeller to put off fire. when it is expelled, a reaction in between the contents of soda acid occurs which releases carbon dioxide that extinguishes the fire.

3. used in baking - when baking soda is mixed with moisture and acidic substance a reaction occurs which produces CO2 gas in the form of bubbles these bubbles expand under the hot temperature like oven which leads to baked bread or cakes which is soft and spongy.
