State the condition to get constructive and destructive interference of light

These are: (1) the multiple waves should be coherent, (2) the multiple waves should be the same wavelength, and (3) the multiple waves should be polarized the same. Some might say that the light must be coherent (rather pure wavelength and polarization, but interference happens just as much with incoherent light.
