Ordinary Bill - It is the bill which can be discussed in both the house of Parliament,when it is signed by the President it becomes a law.This bill deals with the day to day matter. It can be introduced in both the houses of Parliament i.e Rajya Sabha and Lok sabha. President can deny to sign the Bill but if it signed by the President it becomes a law.

Amendment Bill - It is the bill which deals with the Amendment to the Constitution of India. this bill cannot be introduced without the prior recommendation of the President. President can't deny to sign the bill,he has to sign whenever it comes before President.Hence, it becomes a Law.
