A unicellular organism is composed of only one cell. A multicellular organism iscomposed of numerous cells that work together, usually a collection of different cells with specialised functions - e.g. for humans, neurons, liver cells and muscle fibres have different jobs.

differences between multicellular and unicellular organisms .organisms which are made up of more than one cell are called multicellular organism for example the human, cat .organisms which are made up of only one cell are known as unicellular organism for example bacteria ,Amoeba .
