Work = Force × Displacement. Or, W = [M1 L1 T-2] × [M0 L1 T0] = [M1 L2 T-2]. Therefore, work is dimensionally represented as [M1 L2 T-2].

Hope it helps you

Answer:

we know that

W=F.d. (eqn .1)

dimensions of force =(MLT^-2)

dimensions of displacement=(L)

replacing in eqn ( 1 )

W=[MLT^-2] [L]

the power of same bases gets added so L becomes L ^2

hence

W= [ML^2T^-2]

hope this helps
