If there is a higher temperature, it means there is a higher amount of kinetic energy among the particles of the matter, making them move faster. And because the particles have to move to spread themselves by diffusing through the spaces between the particles of the other component evenly down a concentration gradient, which is the definition of diffusion, diffusion will occur faster as the particles can move faster and thus spread around faster.
