first let us talk about scarcity of water is becuase of
*low rainfall
*population growth: in the population growth there are max. factors responsible for bad quality of water they r
*over usage of water which automatically decreases ground water, if ground water is decreasing the demand for water icreases and due to this reason we need to pay money for water also.
* industrial waste left into the water which contaminate the water and is harmful for drinking, which if we want to reuse it,we need to purify it & for purification purpose it again cost a lot money.
* agriculture : where large amount of fertilizers, pesticidesand chemicals r used.
