solution =

       work done against electrostatic force while displacing charge + q0 at distance r1 towards charge + Q at distance r2  is  perpendicular,  

charge (q) at distance r₁  = q₁

charge (q) at disstance r₂ = q₂

so, the formula which can we apply is

dW= F.dx

W= ΔU = Qq/4πε₀ (1/r₁-1/r₂)
