Since bile increases the absorption of fats, it is an important part of the absorption of the fat-soluble substances, such as the vitamins A, D, E, and K. Besides its digestive function, bile serves also as the route of excretion for bilirubin, a byproduct of red blood cells recycled by the liver.

Answer:
The function of the bile juice is to make the food alkaline. It also breaks down the fat molecules. The pancreatic juices are trypsin which is a protein-breaker and lipase which converts the fat globules into glycerol. The walls of the small intestine also produce a juice that breaks fat down even more.
