For a stationary object, distance-time graph is a line parallel to time axis. It is so because distance remains same for a body over a period of time if it is stationary. There will be zero velocity in the body, and therefore zero, slope of the graph.
For a stationary body at distance 30m
The graph remains a parallel line to x-axis because
at t = 1 >>>>>> s = 30
t = 2 >>>>>> s = 30
t = 3 >>>>>> s = 30
t = 4 >>>>>> s = 30
