Planning:

Planning is the task of management that includes setting objectives and defining a course of action for achieving those goals.

Organizing:

Organizing is the task of management that includes developing an organizational structure and assigning human resources to certify the accomplishment of goals.  

Controlling:

Controlling includes certifying that performance does not diverge from standards.  

Leading:

Leading includes the social and informal bases of impact that you use to inspire action taken by others.
