Emasculation is the process of removing bisexual plants from the female plant. Anthers are removed from the flower buds. Whereas, reeding is to conduct favorable and suitable reproduction of one's choice.
Emasculation is conducted in order to avoid self-pollination. Through self-pollination the breeder would not be able to get the desirable results as the female plant would initiate the reproductive process herself.

Emasculation is done to prevent self pollination in the plant. Emasculation is the artificial process of the male parts that's mean the stamens without damaging the bisexual flower. It is done in a bisexual flower. It is mostly used in selective breeding process where it converts the certain parts of a flower into female by emasculation of the stamens and later spreading the stamens of the flower to some other pollen grains.
