if we are moving towards east - time increases by 4 min

if we are moving towards west - time decreases by 4 mins

Hello yaar,

The rate of change of time per longitude is 4 minutes .As the degree of longitude increases time also increases. This difference is the major reason due to which sun rises earlier in Arunachal pradesh than gujarat.
