Reflex actions are instant body reactions or movements according to the environmental impacts or stimulations.

The nervous system plays a vital role to perform the reflex actions in our body.

The environmental impacts or stimulations first goes to our brain and then our brain sends the necessary nerve pulses to the body muscles in order to perform the necessary body movements.
