CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986
1. he/she is going to purchase something on a shop then he/she is not forced to buy other things also. it's her/his choice whether he/she wants to buy that product or not.
Eg :- if he has to buy a pair of shoes then he should be not forced to buy shocks also it's his choice whether he has to buy shocks or not.
2. he/she should be informed about the product information as a consumer right
Eg :- expiry date of the product
when the product is made
which ingredients it contains
it's side effects etc.
