Laws of motion is given by Issac Newton. They all three are the base of Physics especially motion...

Newton's Second law =>

The rate of change of momentum of a body, is directly proportional to the force applied and this change in momentum takes place in the direction of the applied force.

Formula:- F = ma

F => Force
m => mass
a => acceleration

Hope this helps....

hey friend,

Laws of motion is given by sir Issac Newton.

According to him second law is defined as:-

=) The rate of change in momentum is directly proportion to applied force ,and this change in momentum takes place in the direction of force.

◆mathematically:-

momentum ( p) = mv

change in momentum (∆p) = ∆(mv)

since mass remains constant.

so ∆p = m∆v

so rate of change in momentum = ∆p/∆t

= m∆v/∆t

we know tha ∆v/∆t = acceleration (a)

so rate of change in momentum = ma

which is equal to force (F) = ma.
