Answer:

a. Ammonium chloride can be seperated from sodium chloride solution the following steps :

i ) Put the mixture into conical flask and close its mouth with a help of cotten .

ii) Heat tge mixture until you can see vapours of Ammonium Chloride sublimate.

iii) Since Ammonium Choride sublimate on heating it can be collected on cotton where the temperature is less and it will again get converted into solid Ammonium Chloride Salt.

Thus from the above experiment we can extract ammonium chloride salt from the mixture .

b. Copper Sulphate can be extracted from its solution in water by the following steps :

i ) Take the solution of copper sulphate in a China dish and heat it .

ii) After some time of heating you will notice vapours of water vapour liberating .

iii) When the water completely evaporated the colour of copper sulphate will turn white which indicates that it had turn into its anhydrous form .

Thus from the above experiment we can obtain anhydrous salt crystals of copper sulphate .
