state the significance of global warming
Answers
Answer:
The significance of global warming is that it is caused due to the green house effect.
• The green house effect is caused when the Uv radiations of the sun are trapped by the green house gased like Methane, carbondioxide etc.
•When there is excess of the green house gases in the atmosphere a large amount of heat is trapped by the atmosphere that can lead to a lot of changes in the climate of the earth. This leads to global warming.
• As a result it can cause the large glaciers to melt which will destroy the habitat of many wildlife, increase the sea level and will ultimately bring an end to normal human life on earth in the future if thr present rate of increase in temperature continues.
•Global warming is mainly caused by the pollution of air by smoke from the factories, cars etc.
• Humans have been the main cause of global warming since the mid 20th century..
