here ur answer

#In simple language, if you want to calculatethe actual time at the place you are currently standing, it can be easily calculated by considering the longitude on which you are standing.

#First thing that you need to ascertain is, the longitude on which you are standing is westwards or eastwards from the first Meridian i.e. longitude 0°

#.Every 15 degrees of longitude equals 1 hour. So, if you are standing at 0 degrees longitude and you move or travel 15 degreeseast or west, you'll notice a difference of 1hour. This 1 hour difference is negative or positive, can be determined by the directionin which you have traveled i.e westwards or eastwards of the Meridian longitude.

#If you traveled west then subtract 4 minutes every 1 degree from the mean timeand vice versa.

#The above is to calculate the actual time from any given location. But it's not practical to have so many time variations. So avoid this situation every country based on their geo location have their own Standard time. Hence, the Eastern standard time (USA) is based on the time of Longitude 75 degree W. From 67.5 degree W to 82.5 degree W uses the same standard time.

#However the separation of time zone is not a straight line, rather a line based ongeographic conditions state line etc.

#So even you are living in same time zone, your sunrise time may be 58 minutes later than some one who lives 14.5 degree east of you.Since you are all using the standard time but not your actual local time.
